Always clean room, clean towels, plenty of tea/coffee etc. Staff are ALL very helpful, professional, pleasant and friendly. Nothing too much at all. Not the first time I've stayed here nor will it be the last. Don't forget it is a wetherspoon hotel so be prepared for loud late night noise on Friday and Saturday due to the disco.September 20, 2016

Having eaten in a lot of Spoons I'm always happy but here although the initial service was good, food took an age to arrive and was cold. One of our maps was sent back as was too cold to eat. This was replaced with the same half eaten egg and still cold. Porridge was 4 lumps in a lake of milk. Maybe it was an off day. I hope so!August 12, 2016
